Mono Carbon #2

235x55 pointy gyuto out of 2092 mono carbon steel.
Handle out of alder wood.

This steel is somewhat similar to the more famous 52100 but 2092 is made here in Sweden.
Very clean and tough steel.
Blade is around 64 hrc.
