So, you want to come and make your own chef knife?
I offer classes over one and two day and together we create a chef knife of your choice. The process takes around 6-8 hours and we usually start at around 09:00 in the morning.
The classes usually take 4-5 people at a time. If you are more than 4-5 people, send me an email and we will sort it out. Normally it ends up being a class over two days instead of one.
We follow my strict demands and processes to make sure the knife is as high end as if I would have made it myself.
For weekdays, Monday to Friday the price is 3800SEK for a carbon steel class and 5000SEK for a carbon steel damascus class.
During weekends, Saturday and Sunday the price is 4800SEK for a carbon steel class and 6000SEK for a carbon steel damascus class.
Included in the price is breakfast & lunch at CozoCoffee (next door neighbor) and ofcorse the knife we make.
I arrange these classes whenever I have enough interest to fill four slots.
