Mono Carbon #1

250x57 sturdy gyuto out of 2092 mono carbon steel.
Handle out of flame birch.

This steel is somewhat similar to the more famous 52100 but 2092 is made here in Sweden.
Very clean and tough steel.
Blade is around 64 hrc.
